News tips: within 72 hours. We acknowledge the tip and tell you whether we are pursuing it.
Rights requests: within five working days. We tell you whether we can grant the request and what the licence terms would be.
General enquiries: within five working days. We may forward your message to the relevant desk if it is editorial.
